Version of 16.09.2026. These terms govern the use of slon.lviv.ua and orders placed
through the online store.
1. General
1.1. The Seller is PP "Kvantor", owner of slon.lviv.ua, selling dust bags, filters and
accessories for vacuum cleaners and kitchen hoods.
1.2. Orders can be placed without registration. Placing an order means the Buyer accepts these terms.
2. Orders and prices
2.1. Product descriptions, compatibility, price and availability are shown on the product page.
Photos may differ slightly from the actual item.
2.2. An order is accepted once the Buyer submits the checkout form and receives an order number
on screen and by e-mail.
2.3. Prices are in UAH and final at the moment of ordering. A confirmed order is not affected by
later price changes, except in case of an obvious pricing error, of which the Buyer is informed.
3. Payment and delivery
3.1. Payment options: cash on delivery (COD) or online payment. Card payments are processed by an
external payment provider; the site never stores card numbers, CVV codes or payment tokens.
3.2. Delivery is provided by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest or pickup, as chosen at checkout.
Delivery cost is charged according to the carrier's rates.
3.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details and address provided.
4. Returns
4.1. Goods of proper quality may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided the item was
not used and its appearance, completeness and labels are preserved, with proof of purchase.
4.2. Items listed in Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 (including personal
hygiene items) are not subject to return.
4.3. If the item is defective or wrong, the Seller replaces it or refunds the payment within 7 days

5. Personal data consent
5.1. By placing an order or creating an account, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal
data: name, phone, e-mail, delivery address and order contents.
5.2. The data is used to process and deliver the order, to inform the Buyer about its status and for
support; marketing messages are sent only with separate consent.
5.3. Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except the carrier (delivery), the payment
provider (payment) and the mail service (notifications).
5.4. The Buyer may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, and may withdraw
consent at any time by writing to kvantor@lviv.net. The site does not store card data.
5.5. If the Buyer does not consent to data processing, the order can be placed by phone:

6. Cookies and analytics
6.1. The site uses technical cookies (cart identifier, session, request forgery protection) — the cart
and checkout do not work without them. Google Analytics is used for anonymous visit statistics.
